6. Election of Officers:

 

• • The following have agreed to stand for a further year: Treasurer – Bill Noblett; Editor – Herman Reichenbach; Meetings Secretary – Joanne Hatton.

• • Appointment of Secretary: Geoff Hancock is stepping down this year. Ann Sylph (member of SHNH Council and Librarian at the Zoological Society of London) has been proposed as Secretary by Felicity Roberts and seconded by Peter Davis, and is willing to stand.

• • Member of Council: One vacancy.
    

• • Vice President: The President confirms that Bill Noblett is willing to act in this capacity. 
    

 

7. Honorary Membership: Approval of Honorary Membership for Dr E C Nelson.
